As you can see stated in the title, Freshies is now recruiting members. We used to be known as DAFarm, but after the old leader decided to start being mean and selfish, then he bailed! The whole faction chain changed. . The "DA" in "DAFarm" stands for "Deadly Alliance", a B1 faction that is noted as our original main faction. It is now known as Freshies

 

We are looking for devoted, trustworthy, and rather mature faction members. Many amazing things will be added to the faction in the future. We plan to also get an in-depth meeting/discussion for this faction recruitment in-game. We have a ton to offer!

Freshies is a faction that has many plans, so more help and members are crucial in order to make a great faction. We are a farm faction, so supplies would be greatly needed! We currently are editing a list of optional jobs that will soon be available in the faction. These jobs are non-paying jobs. By default, most likely everyone will be a harvester.
 

Jobs:

Food Suppliers: Go to the animal farm in mining world and kill animals for goods. 

Bakers: Make treats for the faction

Miners: Go to the mine world and mine items (all items are acceptable)

Pet Keeper: Get animal traps and capture animals- a lot of animal traps will be needed!

Valuables: Try to buy and get as many valuables that you may consider helpful to the faction (*hint hint* beacons...)

Faction Blocks: Freshies is planning to use a lot of quartz-related blocks, stone bricks for a darkroom, and much more. Due to the constant need of blocks, more details will be covered in-game.

Builders: Build for the faction- (homes, faction builds, rooms etc)

Redstone Technicians/Engineers: Take care and inspect all redstone contraptions- also you can help build redstone things for others (homes, elevators, lights). Also, get redstone and redstone related things.

Enchanters: Get lapis and enchanting books- also regular books and a lot of bookshelves

Farmers/Nature People: Go get seeds, plants, leaves and nature-based things.

Drop Party Suppliers: Get things specifically for drop parties only (all items- even dirt blocks - are acceptable) Anyone can do this job. Simply donating supplies. Get dispensers too.

Explorer: Find nice land that we can use: mob spawners, plain lands/flat land, sea temples and more! Anyone can do this job too.

Land Clearer: When we find wilderness that we claimed, make it flat. Also, make plots for future faction members.

Writers/Editors: We plan to have a newspaper (crazy right lol?) that would be delivered to faction members in their mailboxes either weekly or daily (weekly most expected). We will have a newspaper/records office and meetings will be held. The newspaper will talk about important information and upcoming events for the faction and other things.

 

More jobs will be announced if necessary in the future. In the meantime, you may ask for job ideas by a detailed request, however, if  your request is denied by an editor, (most likely not) begging is absolutely unacceptable.

 

 

 

Ah yes. Now the rules. Don't worry. It's actually pretty simple.

 

R U L E S:

1.  Obviously, Team Extreme rules and forum rules are still enforced both in game and on the forums. Follow them. For more information, visit http://forums.teamex...-server-rules/ and http://forums.teamex...-3-forum-rules/
2. If any negative trouble or outcomes occur in and out of the faction as well as the server, this action may result in a removal from the faction! :0
3. We would request that you have a forums account. Many information will be shared. We would like all of our players to be up-to-date with events and information about the faction.
4. Bans need to be discussed prior to joining Freshies. It's an extremely important issue that must be discussed
5. We would rather request experienced players, however, if you are inexperienced, we will allow you to join our faction.
6. We will give you only 3 warnings from us depending on the negative addition you may have caused.
7. Greifing is highly unacceptable. All griefers will be reported and permanently kicked. If you grief outside the faction, that may also result in a kick - not a report, due to the fact that it is not our faction to be concerned about others. You must be trustworthy in this faction.
8. Please be mature....
9. There is absolutely no animal killing allowed in the faction. We strongly encourage you to take part in animal killing IN THE MINING WORLD. You will have access to sheep and cows. Chickens will be in cages. All other animals are meant for display purposes only.
10. As faction commanders and the faction leader is/are allowed, we do have a right to remove you from the faction. Once notified about the removal, you have one week to remove your belongings stored in your home only. 
11. If you would like to leave the faction (sadly), we request (optional) that you state a reason why on forums or in-game in order to improve our faction. 
12. Please do not place any lockettes unless given permission by the leader or commander. If you fail to listen, you will be kicked from the faction and requested to staff for a lockette removal.
13. If you enter an area considered private (even if the door was accidentally left open) that would be considered grief and you will be kicked from the faction. Permanently.
14. Sorry to say, but we can not have personal pets. All pets will need to be donated to the farm- optionally. Remember- 16 animals of each type in a faction!
15. As the faction grows, we plan to give you your own home. You will be allowed to decorate, however the structure will not be allowed to change. Changing it may result in a kick.
16. Entering other's houses without the person's permission is considered stealing and grief. This will result in a kick
17. Do not resell from other shops.
18. You must replant when necessary! Signs will state if crops must be replanted!
19. Do not sell crops to other shops. No reselling.
20. Please be active in the faction.
21. NO TROLLING. A permanent kick will be issued if you troll others
22. You will not be able to invite others to this faction unless you are an officer with the approval of me or the leader. 
23. Have fun! (Well, its not really a rule because..y'know...we're not gonna force you to...unless like...you want to or something...it's not like we are gonna torture you into it or something....this is getting a bit awkward...yeahhh....)

 

Faction Conditions/Policies

General Terms

-Freshies expects you be mindful about how you show yourself to the TE community.

-Don't build where you are not authorized. You may not start a project or a build without the permission of an office. When you are given a home, do not build under your plot without the permission of an officer. If you would like to, request it from an officer.

-Do not be inactive. Freshies is a faction that preferably would NOT like to have ANY claim issues.

-Do not beg for promotion. We will decide

 

Terms for Access to Specific Areas

For Members and below: Any area you see marked as a "Restricted Area" or "Do Not Enter", you have no right to enter the place. It's a location for officers only. Do not enter the area marked. We are not responsible for any deaths in the faction. In addition, do not break any blocks that will allow you to enter an area marked with those titles. Don't mess with other players plots.

 

For Officers, check your specific terms in the Faction's Discord

 

Terms for Land:

Based on details provided from Team Extreme's Faction Land Policies that states that "Players who recieve land from other players, whether as a gift or in exchange for money or goods, are recieving it for the faction they have it claimed under", the officers and our leader of Freshies decided to settle our policy in order to clear all thoughts and feelings of uncertainty/confusion regarding this policy. Not an iota of confusion should be expected after reviewing this policy. If you are still concerned, contact the officers or the leader of Freshies for information regarding this. 

 

For a couple days, we pondered on this thought, and struggled to come to a final conclusion on whether or not the land your purchased for our faction should be part of your property or if it should be taken into the faction's ownership. Logically, we thought not only from an officer's or a leader's point of view, but rather, we took this matter towards the perspective of a member.

 

Then finally, we thought of a great conclusion and finalized everything!

 

Our final decision on this policy is as follows:

1. Any land purchased for the intent of supporting the faction in any way is under the ownership of the person or individuals who purchased it.
2. This policy is major in terms of leaving the faction or being kicked. If you leave the faction, that property will be brought unto the faction's ownership. Once given, we have full possession of the land, and due to this, our full control allows us to do anything with it. Anything. In addition to leaving the faction, the same idea applies to being kicked from the faction. As required, for lockettes, you have a specific amount of time to retrieve your stuff based on the situation  - This does NOT apply with land however.

                   -If you are banned, you are given 14 days to retrieve your items

                   -If you are kicked, you are given 14 days to get your items moved

                   -If you leave, you have 7 days to move your items

                   -If you are inactive, your chests automatically expire after 31 days

     

       3. By applying to this faction, these terms will affect your stay on this faction, due to the fact that this information stated must              be followed and understood.

 

  If you still have questions concerning this, or if you are unable to grasp the idea still, talk to one of the officers or the leader of Freshies.

Other Information:

• If you wish to be an allied faction, you will be allowed to write a post here about your request. Your faction will be stated in the list of allies in the faction and on our pages in the forums.
• Building skills are not are not a requirement in this faction. 
• Trusted officers approved by the leader are the only ones allowed to invite without an application on the forums or ingame. People who invite who are unapproved by the leader will be kicked from the faction.
• Often, some interviews may be taken in game. Do not be alarmed.
• Please be active in this faction. If you wish not to, we suggest not applying to this faction

How to Apply

There are two ways to apply to this faction.

 

1) Forum Recruitment

Please follow the format stated below. After you submit your application, wait to here back from us. As you wait, please do not beg or harass us about your waiting period for recruitment- this is an interview- if you do complain, that will lower your chance of coming in to the faction. Simply copy the format, paste it, and we would request that you put your response in a different color than the one used in the format.  We strongly encourage you to be mature and professional in the application. If you would like, you may post a picture of one of your own builds- it is not a requirement.

it's good but it shuld be something like:

For Carrot Farm 20 chunks(Ever Chunks are 16x16)

and potato , wheat , and more... same as this
